Roger is great! We have called on him twice. The first time for our oven, and then just recently for our dryer. He is very responsive and tries to make sure he can actually help before coming out. This saves everyone time and money. When he comes out, he is professional and friendly and respects your home. His work is also top notch and hes efficient with time. EXCELLENT SERVICE! My brand new recently installed dishwasher dumped water onto the floor when I ran it the first time. I called Tecnicos around 10 AM on Tuesday and Roger was at my house my 2:30 that same day!!! He diagnosed and fixed the problem, he educated me on the dishwasher AND he suggested and waited for me to test my other new kitchen appliances to make sure they all worked too. My gas stoves ignitor quit on Christmas Eve at 3pm. Tecnicos was the only repair service willing to get me an ignitor without a service call and literally saved our Christmas. I was back cooking by 4:30 after visiting HD and Lowes and calling four other repair shops. I can not say enough about how awesome they are.

My dryers heating element wire broke. I went to a few different stores looking for a replacement they didnt have anything. I text Roger some pictures of the damaged wires he responded quickly saying he has the wire to fix it and to come by and get them he even showed me how to fix it. If you need any repairs on your appliances definitely give Roger a call.

Roger was amazing to work with! We had an issue with our stove Sunday morning and he was able to order the new part/have it fixed by Wednesday. He was easy to communicate with and his quote was fairly priced. I'd gladly recommend his services to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

Had some difficulties with an old range where the oven and burners didn't heat. Roger arrived promptly when promised, diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution that was perfect: identified the required part, located it, and fixed the stove (temporarily, by bypassing one of the burners) so we could use it while the part is being shipped.

Also noticed that one of the old, large fuses had blown in the basement. During the service call, he went out and purchased one for the range and didn't even want to charge me for it!

I talked to several appliance repair firms and people in the area. Roger was the only one who made me feel comfortable. He is very trustworthy, reasonably priced, and doesn't appear to want to do unnecessary work. Moreover, he really appears to enjoy his work.

He has my highest recommendation. If you need a repair, please use him. Very few like him are around--he's a gem.

TWO WEEKS LATER:

The required part arrived from eBay. Since the stove is 45+ years old, it was fortunate that he was able to locate a working part. Roger called to let me know, we scheduled time, and he arrived as promised. His repair now has the stove working like new! And he didn't charge me for the installation of the new part as he considered it part of the original service call. I am very satisfied and give him my strongest and most enthusiastic recommendation.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! My elderly mother needed her washing machine fixed and I called Tecnicos. Roger answered the phone right away via his messenger service and I spoke with him on behalf of my mother and he came later that day to look at the problem. Roger is the best! First time I called him was on a Saturday to fix a broken dryer, and he was out 3 hours later. He knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer and fixed it immediately. While he was there, he also repaired a broken burner on my stove.

I used Roger again to repair my refrigerator that was leaking water. Again, repaired it no problem........And repaired my ice maker that hasn't worked in 5 years without even asking

What a FABULOUS appliance repair service!! Roger responded to my frig break- down emergency quickly- he not only arrived on a weekend ( without charging an extra fee) but he quickly resolved my frig issue- and fixed my dryer as well! I called this morning as I was having issues with the fridge at our office (Whirlpool), the gentleman I spoke to was attentive and willing to understand the issue to better assist, he asked for model number, brand and a description of the issue-he was able to guide me through basic troubleshooting and got the issue fixed with 1 min on the phone as it was something very basic but I had managed to ignore.

Theyve definitely gained a customer as I have various properties all with appliances, Im sure Ill be calling them shortly.
