My gas stoves ignitor quit on Christmas Eve at 3pm. Tecnicos was the only repair service willing to get me an ignitor without a service call and literally saved our Christmas. I was back cooking by 4:30 after visiting HD and Lowes and calling four other repair shops. I can not say enough about how awesome they are.

My dryers heating element wire broke. I went to a few different stores looking for a replacement they didnt have anything. I text Roger some pictures of the damaged wires he responded quickly saying he has the wire to fix it and to come by and get them he even showed me how to fix it. If you need any repairs on your appliances definitely give Roger a call.

Roger was amazing to work with! We had an issue with our stove Sunday morning and he was able to order the new part/have it fixed by Wednesday. He was easy to communicate with and his quote was fairly priced. I'd gladly recommend his services to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

Had some difficulties with an old range where the oven and burners didn't heat. Roger arrived promptly when promised, diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution that was perfect: identified the required part, located it, and fixed the stove (temporarily, by bypassing one of the burners) so we could use it while the part is being shipped.

Also noticed that one of the old, large fuses had blown in the basement. During the service call, he went out and purchased one for the range and didn't even want to charge me for it!

I talked to several appliance repair firms and people in the area. Roger was the only one who made me feel comfortable. He is very trustworthy, reasonably priced, and doesn't appear to want to do unnecessary work. Moreover, he really appears to enjoy his work.

He has my highest recommendation. If you need a repair, please use him. Very few like him are around--he's a gem.

TWO WEEKS LATER:

The required part arrived from eBay. Since the stove is 45+ years old, it was fortunate that he was able to locate a working part. Roger called to let me know, we scheduled time, and he arrived as promised. His repair now has the stove working like new! And he didn't charge me for the installation of the new part as he considered it part of the original service call. I am very satisfied and give him my strongest and most enthusiastic recommendation.

I can't say enough about the FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE service Roger provided! Had him come out to replace a freezer defroster, Roger hooked me up with a thermostat as well! He's really applying concern that my appliance works properly the first time it's serviced, next level professional. I had a problem with my oven and I picked his brain about troubleshooting the problem as I do like to repair anything on my own. Roger jumped in my oven, showed me what needed to be replaced, discovered the part was disconnected and so he reconnected it and tested it. Works! FANTASTIC SERVICE! My elderly mother needed her washing machine fixed and I called Tecnicos. Roger answered the phone right away via his messenger service and I spoke with him on behalf of my mother and he came later that day to look at the problem. I was not home when he arrived, but he diagnosed the problem and ordered the part, working well with my mom. Two days later the part arrived and he came and fixed the problem and the price and part was so reasonable it was a joy and a surprise. Roger is the best! First time I called him was on a Saturday to fix a broken dryer, and he was out 3 hours later. He knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer and fixed it immediately. While he was there, he also repaired a broken burner on my stove.

I used Roger again to repair my refrigerator that was leaking water. Again, repaired it no problem........And repaired my ice maker that hasn't worked in 5 years without even asking

Roger is the man!!! I am so grateful that I called Tecnicos when my 30 year old washing machine started having issues. He was extremely responsive and worked around my schedule to come take a look at it. He quickly diagnosed the issue and unfortunately it was not worth repairing. However, he offered me a used machine for a very fair price, and came to install it the very next morning. Customer service, fairness, and expertise of Rogers caliber is hard to come by these days!! After calling 5 other appliance repair companies I decided to go with Tecnicos. I'm so glad I did. The owner trouble shooted with me via text which was something none of the other companies did. He also provided an estimate for labor and parts. the other companies only provided me with a diagnostic fee which wasn't helpful for budgeting purchases.
Roger gave me a heads-up when he was almost to my residence AND he was on time.
Once Roger figured out what the issue was, he talked me through how to fix it if ran into the same issue in the future.

What a FABULOUS appliance repair service!! Roger responded to my frig break- down emergency quickly- he not only arrived on a weekend ( without charging an extra fee) but he quickly resolved my frig issue- and fixed my dryer as well! Roger was so nice and helpful- gave me good advice on how to fix another appliance rather than charging me to do it. His rates were very reasonable. I called this morning as I was having issues with the fridge at our office (Whirlpool), the gentleman I spoke to was attentive and willing to understand the issue to better assist, he asked for model number, brand and a description of the issue-he was able to guide me through basic troubleshooting and got the issue fixed with 1 min on the phone as it was something very basic but I had managed to ignore.

Theyve definitely gained a customer as I have various properties all with appliances, Im sure Ill be calling them shortly.

Not only did I received a fast response immediately, but the technician (Roger) was very knowledgeable and kind. I called Roger to help with our wash machine which broke down just that morning. He was at our house within a few hours and had us up and running again immediately.
